اتفاقية بين مؤسسة النقيب والمركز الوطني للأورام بعدن لتنفيذ مشروع دعم وتعزيز خدمات علاج الأورام لخدمة 61 ألف مريض
في إطار الجهود الإنسانية لدعم القطاع الصحي وتخفيف معاناة المرضى، وقّعت مؤسسة النقيب التنموية الخيرية اتفاقية تعاون مع المركز الوطني لعلاج الأورام في عدن، لتنفيذ مشروع دعم وتعزيز خدمات علاج الأورام، والذي يستهدف خدمة نحو 61 ألفًا من مرضى الأورام.
وتهدف الاتفاقية إلى تعزيز خدمات التشخيص والعلاج لمرضى الأورام، والمساهمة في توفير الأدوية والعلاجات الضرورية، من خلال توفير كميات نوعية من المحاليل الطبية والمستلزمات المخبرية الحيوية، بما يسهم في تحسين جودة الرعاية الصحية المقدمة للمرضى، ورفع كفاءة الخدمات الطبية والعلاجية في المركز الوطني لعلاج الأورام.
وخلال مراسم التوقيع، ثمّن الدكتور محمد مجاهد مسعود سعيد، مدير المركز الوطني لعلاج الأورام، الدور الإنساني الذي تضطلع به مؤسسة النقيب التنموية الخيرية، مشيرًا إلى أن هذا الدعم النوعي بالمحاليل والمستلزمات المخبرية الحيوية يمثل نقلة مهمة في تعزيز سرعة ودقة تشخيص الحالات المرضية ومتابعتها، الأمر الذي سينعكس إيجابًا على استقرار الخطط العلاجية لمرضى الأورام وتحسين فرص تعافيهم.
ويندرج هذا المشروع ضمن تدخلات مؤسسة النقيب التنموية الخيرية في القطاع الصحي، الهادفة إلى دعم مرضى الأورام وتعزيز الوصول إلى خدمات التشخيص والعلاج، في ظل التحديات الإنسانية وارتفاع تكاليف العلاج، وبما يتماشى مع أهداف التنمية المستدامة، ولا سيما الهدف الثالث: الصحة الجيدة والرفاه، الذي يهدف إلى ضمان حياة صحية وتعزيز الرفاه للجميع.

برعاية وزير الدولة محافظ محافظة عدن الأستاذ عبد الرحمن الشيخ، وبدعم وتمويل من مؤسسة النقيب التنموية الخيرية، انطلقت صباح اليوم 10 فبراير 2026 المسابقة العلمية الثقافية المنهجية لمدارس الثانويات في عدن، التي ينظمها مكتب التربية والتعليم بالمحافظة، بهدف إيجاد بيئة تنافسية تسهم في رفع المستوى العلمي وتنمية مهارات التفكير والتحليل لدى الطلاب.
وأقيمت المسابقة بإشراف الدكتورة نوال جواد، وتنظيم إدارة الأنشطة المدرسية والقسم الثقافي برئاسة الأستاذة رائدة عبد العزيز، وبمشاركة 11 ثانوية مثّلت مديريات عدن الثمان إلى جانب المدارس النموذجية، في أجواء عكست روح التنافس العلمي الشريف.
وشهدت الفعالية حضورا تربويا واسعا، تقدمه وكيل شؤون التعليم بمحافظة عدن الأستاذ عوض مبجر، والدكتور زياد المحوري ومدير عام إدارة الأنشطة بوزارة التربية والتعليم، إلى جانب رؤساء شعبتي التعليم والتدريب بالمكتب، وعدد من مديري إدارات التربية في المديريات، وعدد من القيادات التربوية ومدير مدرسة التفوق النموذجية الأستاذ محمد هزاع
وفي كلمته، أكد رئيس شعبة التعليم الأستاذ عوض باشطح على أهمية إقامة مثل هذه المسابقات العلمية في ربط قدرات الطلاب بالمناهج الدراسية وتعزيز مستويات الفهم والاستيعاب، مشيراً إلى دورها في صقل مهارات التفكير والتحليل لدى الطلاب.
من جانبه، عبّر مدير الأنشطة المدرسية الأستاذ خالد هيثم عن تقديره للدور الحيوي الذي تقوم به مؤسسة النقيب التنموية الخيرية في دعم العملية التعليمية، مثمنا جهودها في إعادة إحياء الأنشطة المدرسية، ومؤكداً أن الشراكة القائمة بينها وبين مكتب التربية والتعليم بمحافظة عدن تمثل نموذجا ناجحا في تحفيز الطلاب على التعلم وصناعة التميز.

بالتنسيق مع قطاع الأوقاف: مؤسسة النقيب تدشّن برنامج غسيل وتعقيم سجاد 10 مساجد في عدن
دشّنت مؤسسة النقيب التنموية الخيرية برنامجًا لغسيل وتعقيم سجاد 10 مساجد في محافظة عدن، بالتنسيق مع إدارة المساجد بقطاع الأوقاف في وزارة الأوقاف – عدن.
وانطلقت الحملة مطلع الأسبوع الجاري ضمن خطة تهدف إلى رفع مستوى النظافة وتعزيز الإجراءات الوقائية داخل المساجد، بما يسهم في تهيئة بيئة أكثر ملاءمة للمصلّين وروّاد بيوت الله، لا سيّما مع اقتراب شهر رمضان المبارك وما يشهده من كثافة في أداء الصلوات. ويساعد البرنامج في توفير أجواء أكثر راحة وطمأنينة للمصلّين أثناء أداء العبادات..
وقد شملت الحملة حتى الآن تنظيف وتعقيم المساجد التالية:

(33) فرصة عمل من المنزل.. مؤسسة النقيب تمكّن نساء الربوة بماكينات خياطة وشهادات تأهيل
اختتمت مؤسسة النقيب التنموية الخيرية مشروعها للتدريب والتأهيل والتمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة في منطقة الربوة بمديرية الحبيلين بمحافظة لحج، مستهدفة 33 امرأة من أبناء المجتمع المحلي، وذلك بحضور مدير عام المديرية الأستاذ فضل القطيبي وعدد من الشخصيات الاجتماعية والتربوية.
وتضمّن المشروع تنفيذ دورتين تدريبيتين متخصصتين في مجال الخياطة والتفصيل، استمرت كل منهما عدة أسابيع، تلقت خلالهما المشاركات تدريبات نظرية وعملية على يد مدربة مختصة، بهدف رفع كفاءتهن المهنية وإعدادهن للانخراط في سوق العمل.
وشهد حفل الختام توزيع شهادات إتمام الدورة التدريبية على جميع المتدربات، إلى جانب تسليم 33 ماكينة خياطة لتساعد المستفيدات على إطلاق مشاريعهن الصغيرة والعمل من منازلهن بما يضمن لهن دخلاً مستقراً ويسهم في تحسين أوضاع أسرهن المعيشية.
وفي كلمته خلال الفعالية، أشاد الأستاذ فضل القطيبي بجهود مؤسسة النقيب التنموية الخيرية في مجالات التعليم والصحة والطرقات وغيرها، مؤكداً أن المؤسسة باتت شريكاً تنموياً فاعلاً لا يقتصر دورها على الدعم الإغاثي فحسب، بل يمتد إلى بناء القدرات وتعزيز مسار التنمية المستدامة، مع تأثير ملموس على تمكين النساء وتحسين سبل العيش في المجتمع.
كما نوّه القطيبي بأهمية البرامج المجانية التي تقدمها المؤسسة عبر مركزها التدريبي "مركز المنارات للتدريب والتأهيل"، والذي يُعد منصة نوعية لصقل مهارات الشباب وتأهيلهم للدخول إلى سوق العمل، مشيراً إلى أن المركز خرّج خلال الفترة الماضية عدداً من الدفعات في تخصصات مهنية متعددة، ما يعكس نجاح المؤسسة في ترسيخ العمل التنموي.
من جانبهن، عبّرت المتدربات عن بالغ شكرهن وتقديرهن لمؤسسة النقيب التنموية الخيرية على هذا الدعم العملي والمبادرة التي منحتُهُن دفعة قوية نحو الاعتماد على الذات، مؤكدات أن المشروع فتح أمامهن آفاقاً جديدة لمستقبل أفضل، وأسهم في تعزيز ثقتهن بقدراتهن على الإنتاج وتحقيق الاستقلال الاقتصادي.

عبدالله محسن وحسن محسن فتيان يبلغان من العمر 16 سنة و 14 سنة على التوالي من أبناء منطقة البساتين مديرية دار سعد محافظة عدن انتقل والديهما من تهامة للعيش في عدن منذ سنوات طويلة .
الاخوان عبدالله وحسن فاقدان نعمة البصر منذ ولادتهما نشاأ في ظروف صعبة وأسرة مكونة من سبعة أفراد .
لم يكن فقد البصر مصيبتهما بل فقد الحب والحنان والعطف والسعادة فقد الأم :
أماه يا أماه ما أحوج القلب الحزين لدعوة
كم كانت الدعوات تمنحني الأمان
غابت شموس السعد منذ رحيلها
وغدت عيوني لا ترى افراحاً
يا قبر رفقاً إن ضممت ضلوعها
فالله اوصاني بها احساناً
عانى الأخوين صعوبة كبيرة في الحياة كونهما فاقدين البصر وحرما الكثير مما يتمتع به الأطفال في عمريهما ، إلا أن الله عوضهما عن فقدان البصر وحباهما بنعمة البصيرة حيث يتمتع هذان الفتيان بذكاء كبير وفهم سريع وحفظ متقن وبشاهدة أهالي الحي .
بلغ الفتيان مرحلة عمرية تسمح لهما بالالتحاق بالمدرسة أسوة بغيرهم من أطفال الحي ، ولكن فقدان البصر كان عائقا أمامهم ، لم يستسلم والد الفتيين وظلت شعلة الأمل متوقدة في نفوس هذين الفتيين حيث التحقا بمدرسة خاصة بذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة حتى أخذا منها كفايتهما من التعليم ، انتقلا للدراسة في المدارس الحكومية مع بقية زملائهم في الحي.
لم يكن عبدالله وحسن بحاجة الى جهد كبير حتى يفهما دروسهما فعبدالله الان طالب في الصف السابع الأبتدائي وحسن في الصف الخامس الأبتدائي.
وما إن فتحت مدرسة الشيخة أروى لتحفيظ القران الكريم في شهر نوفمبر من العام 2016م في منطقة البساتين أبوابها حتى سارع هذان الفتيان بالالتحاق بها وبتشجيع كبير من والدهم .، حيث يذهب الفتيان إلى المدرسة كل يوم بمساعدة أخيهم الصغير الذي يرشدهم الى الطريق وينتظرهم إلى أن يكملا دروسهما ويعيدهما الى المنزل.
بدأ الفتيان في تعلم القران الكريم ورغم أنهما لا يستطيعان القراءة من المصحف إلا أنهما كانا شديد الحفظ بالتلقين والاستماع فقط والجدية الحقيقة منهما في التعليم مما اثار دهشة معلميهم في المدرسة ، وخلال فترة وجيزة كانا قد تجاوزا زملائهم ومن هم في عمرهم في الحفظ .
وخلال ثلاث سنوات من الدراسة في مدرسة الشيخة أورى لتحفيظ القران الكريم تمكن هذان الفتيان بفضل الله ثم بمساعده معلميهم وتشجيع والدهم من حفظ المصحف كاملاً .
أي عزيمة هذه ...وأي إصرار ... وأي تحد ...وأي فضل كبير ونعمة عظيمة وهبها الله لهذين الفتيين.
رضيت كتاب الله حفظاً ومنهجاً ..... ويغني عن العينين نور من السور
لنا في ابن باز سلوة والأولى مضوا ..... بصيرتهم فيها لذي العين معتبر .
الجدير بالذكر ان مدرسة الشيخة اروى لتحفيظ القران الكريم افتتحت في شهر نوفمبر من العام 2016م حيث تعمل المدرسة على إقامة حلقات القران الكريم والسنة النبوية للرجال والنساء بشكل يومي وعلى فترتين ( صباحية _ مسائية ) .حيث يبلغ عدد الملتحقين بالمدرسة في الوقت الحالي اكثر من 75 طالب واكثر من 180 طالبة ، كما ان المعلمين القائمين على هذه المدرسة يعملون على تقسيم هذه الحلقات على مستويات عمرية وأخرى على مستوى الحفظ حتى يتمكن الطلاب من الاستفادة اكثر .

Osama Mohammed: A Story of Perseverance and Hope

Osama Mohammed, an 18-year-old young man from Al Hudaydah Governorate—Zabid District—was forced by the circumstances of war to flee with his family of eight to the city of Aden. As the eldest of his siblings, Osama took on the responsibility of supporting his family.

Upon relocating to Aden, Osama began a new life. He worked various jobs to provide for his low-income household until a golden opportunity appeared. He came across an announcement from the Al-Naqeeb Developmental Charity Foundation about a registration opening for a weaving course specializing in the traditional ma'awiz garment.

Being a diligent and active young man, Osama quickly enrolled in the course. He trained for over a month, mastering the craft with skill and dedication. Recognizing his excellence, the Foundation selected Osama from among all the trainees to join its special program, Hayati Amal (“My Life is Work”), designed to employ standout youth and provide them with monthly financial compensation.

Osama participated in the program for more than four months, working under the Foundation’s supervision. At its conclusion, employers praised Osama for his commitment and performance, prompting the Foundation to take the next step in supporting him.

As a reward for his effort and passion, the Al-Naqeeb Foundation purchased a weaving machine along with all necessary equipment to help Osama launch his first small business in ma’awiz production. He now earns a living through a craft he loves and masters, helping his family navigate the country's difficult economic conditions.

Not only did Osama begin working independently, he also started teaching his family the skill. Today, he reaps the fruits of his labor, producing and marketing a variety of ma’awiz garments.

Osama represents a model of resilience—a young man who didn’t let financial hardship prevent him from learning and acquiring a skill that secured him a source of income. The Al-Naqeeb Developmental Charity Foundation pledges to continue supporting youth like Osama, who will not be the last success story. Many others have found their way through the Foundation’s tireless support and dedication.

As part of efforts to support and economically empower women, the Al-Manarat Training and Qualification Center—affiliated with the Al-Naqeeb Developmental Charity Foundation—has launched a sewing course for women in Al-Habilayn District, Al-Sababa area, Lahj Governorate. The course includes 20 participants and aims to equip them with essential and professional skills in sewing, enabling them to enter the job market with confidence and achieve economic independence.

 This course is part of a series of free training programs offered by the Al-Manarat Center in various professional and practical fields.

 The inauguration was attended by several prominent figures, including:

– Mr. Adel Salman, Director of Literacy in Radfan

مدرسة الصدّيق قرية جول يماني، بالإضافة إلى تجهيز مكتب شعبة التوجيه والمناهج في مكتب التربية محافظة لحج.

يأتي هذا استمرار لبرامج ومشاريع المؤسسة في دعم المدراس والمنشآت التعليمية وتهيئتها لاستقبال العام الدراسي الجديد.

رفدت مؤسسة النقيب التنموية الخيرية صباح اليوم الخميس الموافق 2023/08/03م مختبر بنك الدم بالمركز الوطني لعلاج الأورام بمستشفى الصداقة - عدن بالمحاليل والمستلزمات المخبرية التي تُسهم في تقديم المختبر لخدماته بشكل دائم.
يأتي هذا في إطار برامج ومشاريع المؤسسة لدعم الجانب الصحي والمساعدة على النهوض به.
الجدير بالذكر أن مؤسسة النقيب التنموية الخيرية ترفد مختبر بنك الدم بهذه المواد والمحاليل بشكل دائم.

ساهمت مؤسسة النقيب التنموية الخيرية بدعم مشروع مياه منطقة الملحة بمديرية الحبيلين محافظة لحج حيث قامت المؤسسة بشراء مضخة غاطس بقدرة 7.5 كيلو لمشروع مياه المنطقة.
الجدير بالذكر أن هذا المشروع يستفيد منه أكثر من 700 نسمة ، وقد كان متوقف عن العمل بسبب عطل في المضخة السابقة.
يأتي هذا في إطار برامج ومشاريع المؤسسة في جانب المياه والإصحاح البيئي

كرمت مؤسسة النقيب التنموية الخيرية عدد من محلات صيانة وبرمجة الجوال وعدد من ورش التكييف والتبريد وصيانة الأجهزة المنزلية التي ساهمت بفعالية وبدون مقابل في إنجاح برنامج حياتي الذي تقوم من خلاله مؤسسة النقيب التنموية الخيرية بتوزيع عدد من المتدربين المتميزين على ورش للتطبيق العملي فيها.
حيث قامت المؤسسة بتقديم شهادة تقديرية وساعة حائط لكل ورشة من هذه الورشة نظير جهودهم وتفاعلهم معنا في استقبال المتدربين وتدريبهم.
